Boxers from the Netherlands arrived in Curaçao for Fighters of the Caribbean

IMG-20150428-WA0003WILLEMSTAD - Today the boxers Porres Sarabia and Jermaine Seymonson from The Netherlands arrived in Curaçao. They will participate in the 5th edition of Fighters of the Caribbean, which will be held on May 9, 2015 in the auditorium of the International School of Curaçao.

Porres Sarabia is a Curaçao born who two and a half years ago left for The Netherlands to pursue and education. Before he left Curaçao he trained at Baas Sports. He made his ring debut at Fighters of the Caribbean with a victory in Thaiboxing and won his boxing match vs Aruba at Curaçao Rumble. He also fought in Aruba, Saba and Sint Maarten.

His opponent is the undefeated Lloyd Hinds from Attaf Fighting Factory, who's known by his victories at the Curaçao Championships, where he was rewarded as the most outstanding boxer. He also won in two boxing events in Aruba. His last victory was in an international boxing match at Dominance 4 on November 29 last year.

Just like Sarabia vs Hinds, Seymonson will also fight a boxing match.

Further the fight card contains fighters from Bonaire, Aruba, Sint Maarten, Suriname and different teams from Curaçao, like; Baas Sports, Attaf Fighting Factory, Pro-Fit, CSM Fighting Team, Libra Martial Arts, Jab Jab Korsou, Kamakura.

In the next press release, we will give attention to some other fights, but one we have to mention right now is the 5 rounds Caribbean Muay Thai kickboxing title fight of the WMTA (World Muay Thai Association) between Akeem Lewis (Sint Maarten) and Joshua Karsters (Suriname). Both Lewis and Kartsers are known in Curaçao. Kartsers by his first round KO victory at Dominance. Lewis, who is undefeated in Muay Thai with 9 victories is known by a first round victory at the 3rd edition of Fighters of the Caribbean and his MMA fight at the 4th edition of Fighters of the Caribbean.
