Curaçao: The latest Caribbean country where the world’s largest rental car company operates
WILLEMSTAD – The world’s largest car rental company is expanding its Caribbean reach.
The Enterprise-Rent-A-Car brand of Enterprises Holdings Inc. this week rolled out operations in Curacao – as well as Argentina and Paraguay.
The service will be offered to customers in Willemstad, Curacao, but additional locations are planned, the company said.
“There’s tremendous growth potential for both corporate and leisure car rental in Latin America,” said Peter Smith, vice president of global franchising at Enterprise Holdings.
Enterprise said its growth in key Argentina, Paraguay and Curacao markets reflects its vision to build a comprehensive and international car rental network recognized for high quality and customer service.
The company’s Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent-A-Car brands operate in more than 85 countries, Belize, Tortola, Tobago, Trinidad and Tobago, and the Turks and Caicos Islands.
