Canon moves forward in Curaçao with the new imageFORMULA Scan Front 400 Networked Scanner

As a solution designed to ease distribution of business information across a network, this device can scan at up to 45 ppm, uses a high-definition touchscreen and intuitive features that allow users to select from a wide range of scan destinations, incorporating centralized management capabilities.

Designed to distribute business information across a network, Canon's imageFORMULA ScanFront 400 is ideal for capturing document information in distributed environments in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, financial services, banking services, legal services, insurance, healthcare, and more, which can benefit from the efficiency that comes with easy distribution of documents. It also improves collaboration by allowing users in central and field locations to capture and share information seamlessly and securely.

At up to 45 ppm, this solution can scan both sides of an item in a single pass and is capable of processing up to 6,000 documents per day. Additionally, the scanner can handle varied document types, such as thin or thick documents, plastic cards, long or oversized documents, and even passports using an optional carrier sheet.

It offers a user-friendly touchscreen interface and intuitive features that enable imageFORMULA ScanFront 400 users to preview digitized documents during the scanning process to help ensure information is captured accurately. Paper documents can be captured, converted, and shared efficiently to email, shared folder, fax, USB, FTP server, or printer, individually or simultaneously, seeking to help improve collaboration, productivity and efficiency.

Like other Canon solutions, this scanner meets ENERGY STAR® guidelines for energy efficiency, and complies with the EU RoHS and WEEE directives, and with the ErP Lot 6 directive for energy consumption.
