Columbus expands billing, CRM partnership with Cerillion

columbus communicationsColumbus Communications, a service provider serving Central America and the Caribbean, has deployed Cerillion Technologies' CRM and billing solution in El Salvador.

London-based Cerillion previously supplied the solution to Columbus for its retail operations in Curacao, Grenada, Jamaica, Trinidad and Barbados. The El Salvador deployment marks the first step in what the companies say is an expanded partnership.

“The latest deployments for Columbus in Barbados and El Salvador reaffirm our selection of Cerillion to improve our business agility and transform our billing and customer management capabilities," said André Foster, chief information officer for Columbus. “By building our own core team we are also now able to quickly rollout the Cerillion corporate solution to our new sites as we continue to expand our operations throughout the region."
