Digicel Group and Huawei Technologies Launch New Tablet

DUTCH CARIBBEAN – Digicel Group and Huawei Technologies have partnered to introduce a new tablet across the ABC islands - Aruba, Bonaire and Curacao and Digicel’s markets across the Caribbean region.

Powered by Digicel’s 4G Mobile technology, the Huawei Media Pad 7 Lite is the best value tablet to be unveiled in the market and will be available next week at Digicel dealer stores. The tablet will also be made available to the market inJamaica, Trinidad, Barbados, Turks and Caicos and the Cayman Islands.

The partnership between Digicel and the global ICT solutions provider, Huawei will enable the everyday consumer to access modern technology at a very affordable price point.

The sleek and efficient Huawei media pad with cloud based back up will retail for about US$200.

The Huawei Media Pad 7 Lite will be launched early next week just in time for the Christmas season.
