Avior Regional inaugurates its first international route to Curaçao

Avior Regional -1(L)WILLEMSTAD- Starting July 21, the aviation Company Avior Regional will start operating flights twice a week on Tuesdays and */Thursdays between Caracas and Curaçao. The inaugural flight took place on July 16. At the arrival of the first flight, the Minister of Economic Development, Stanley Palm, President of Avior Regional, Gianfranco Fariña and CEO of Curaçao Airport Partners (CAP), Ralph Blanchard were present and shared words with the invited guests.

On this inaugural flight, the President of the Company, Gianfranco Fariña was accompanied by 50 invited guests of the airline. Avior Regional is a Venezuelan aviation company member of the Avior Group. Curaçao is the first international route for the Avior Regional that was only operating on the routes Valera (Trujillo State), Barinas (Barinas State) and Caracas (Maiquetia). The choice to initiate with an international route is part of the policy of the Avior Group to continue working on expansion, growth and innovation of the group.

The flights will be operated on Tuesdays and Thursdays twice per day:



Caracas - Curaçao

09:30 – 11:00

Curaçao - Caracas

11:40 – 12:10

Caracas - Curaçao

15:00 – 16:30

Curaçao - Caracas

17:10 – 17:40

Avior Regional will use a Fokker 50 with a capacity of 50 seats. According to the Curaçao Tourism Board (CTB), these new flights offer more Avior Regional - 2(L)option for travelers from Venezuela to Curaçao. CTB and CAP welcome Avior Regional and Avior Group to Curaçao.
