Baoase Luxury Resort welcomes Michelin Star Chef Roger van Damme
WILLEMSTAD - Baoase Luxury Resort is proud to announce the first two events of "Vive La Gastronomique". On Friday April 1st and Saturday April 2nd Baoase is honored to host two events with Michelin Star Chef Roger van Damme from Belgium.
Roger is an award winning chef, TV celebrity known for his Master Chef appearance, author, owner and chef of the two Michelin star restaurant Het Gebaar in Antwerp. He is recognized as an innovative patissier, the godfather of molecular pastry and revered for his complex, intense and unforgettable desserts.
With these two events, guests can enjoy this unique opportunity to savor and experience his masterpieces in the beautiful setting Baoase and its Culinary Beach Restaurant.
On Friday April 1st 2016 guests can savor his renowned dishes in a decadent 5-course Fine Dining Dinner, priced at $295 per person. The evening will start at 7:00 pm in the Master Villa of the Baoase Luxury Resort with a champagne welcome and small bites. At 8:00 pm guests will be invited to the Baoase Culinary Beach Restaurant for the start of the 5-course dinner menu accompanied by a wine pairing menu and live music.
The following evening, Saturday April 2nd 2016 an even more exclusive event will be hosted in the Master Villa and will start with a Champagne cocktail. This highly exclusive dinner event is available for only 40 guests. Roger will amaze the connoisseurs with an exclusive 5-course surprise menu accompanied by an even more exclusive wine pairing menu. The price starts at $350 per person.
