Caribbean Islands signs MoU for more cruise tourism

Stanley PalmWILLEMSTAD - Minister of Economic Development Stanley Palm has recently participated in the ‘Conference of South Caribbean Cruise Alliance’ in Barbados. The purpose of the conference was to reach an agreement between the islands of the Caribbean which should lead to more cruise tourism in this region.

During the conference, 12 islands negotiated a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The participants were the islands of Aruba, Antigua, Barbados, Bonaire, Curacao, Dominica, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Martinique, St. Lucia, St. Kitts, St. Vincent & Grenadines and Trinidad & Tobago.
