Globovision: “Curacao at the forefront in high season”
The Caribbean island welcomed the tourists in one of the most attractive times of the year, to offer them a diversity of proposals suitable for different types of audience, according to their ages and needs.
With 444 square kilometers in size, Curacao is a country that has been characterized by offering its visitors a range of options to guarantee fun, relaxation, culture, sports, nightlife and gastronomy, from when they arrive and until they leave.
The Easter week has not been the exception and, as every year, thousands of tourists arrived at this island in search of those treasures that the people of the island take care of with so much passion.
Between public and private, the options are extensive and capable of satisfying even the most demanding tastes: Kenepa, Mambo Beach, Cas Abao, Knip, Klein, Port Marie and Jan Thiel, among others, are continually favored by its crystal clear waters and white coral sand.
Sports are also a vital part of this island, being golf, diving, windsurfing and fishing, some of the most practiced in various areas; Together with other activities that always have a high demand, such as diving and the - very fashion - Stand Up Paddle.
Other activities that proved to be a continuous attraction, such as jeep tours, tours of the historic center, visits to caves, museums and of course, to churches (which received hundreds of visitors and local believers), were present on the beautiful Caribbean island that, as every year, met and exceeded the expectations of its tourists in this season of Holy Week 2017.
