Support Curaçao’s representative during Youth Congress
17 Caribbean nations will participate
WILLEMSTAD- On October 23 there will take place in Curaçao a congress for youth from 17 Caribbean nations including Curaçao. This congress is part of the State of the Industry Conference (SOTIC) organized by the Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO), which will take place from October 21 till the 23 at the World Trade Center (WTC). Curaçao will be represented by the 17 year old Johannah Rosaria. She attends the Dr. Albert Schweitzer High School.
Curaçao’s representative will compete with other youth from Barbados, Bahamas, Cayman Islands, St. Kitts and Martinique. Johannah will present a video in which she will sell Curaçao as a tourist destination. She will also present other tourism related topics.
The congress is one of the tools that CTO uses to encourage the youth to consider a career in tourism. Johannah is a bright young girl with a lot of potential. She will for sure know how to represent Curaçao in a dignified way.
Curaçao Tourist Board (CTB) invites all youth from Curaçao to attend the congress and to support Johannah. The congress will be from 3pm till 5:15pm at WTC. Those interested can contact the CTB to register before October 21.
