Another victim of the economy – Tempo Doeloe closes its doors

tempo-doeloeWILLEMSTAD – The popular Indonesian restaurant Tempo Doeloe has been declared bankrupt. This is according to curator Aaron de Winter of De Winter/Liqui-Lung Attorneys at Law.

The reason is, according to the restaurant owners is the changing market and economic environment. In addition, the increasing number of restaurants has also played a role in the bankruptcy of the restaurant. As a result, the restaurant attracted fewer visitors.

The Court of First Instance of Curaçao by decision of 17 October declared Bluemoon Inc. bankrupt. Blue Moon is the official trade name of Tempo Doeloe. The company was incorporated in November 2010 and is therefore barely four years old.

Tempo Doeloe is a specialized restaurant in Indonesian cuisine, located on the small hill at Parasasa overlooking the luxury resident of Royal Palm Resort and the World Trade Center (WTC). It is conveniently located near four hotels, Clarion, Floris Suite Hotel, Marriott and Hilton.
