Curaçao at the South Beach Wine & Food Festival
WILLEMSTAD – The Curaçao Tourist Board brought a taste of the island to the South Beach Wine & Food Festival in Miami. Along with local chefs Carlos Anthonij (from Nemo Restaurant at the Lions Dive Beach Resort), assisted by Shurandy Carolie (from Sandton Kurá Hulanda Lodge & Beach Club Curaçao) and Aisheron Philips (from Maris Stella SBO, a local culinary institute, and Santa Barbara Beach & Golf Resort) over 8,000 pieces of the iconic local dish "Keshi Yená" were served at the Whole Foods Market Grand Tasting Village.
