“Breathing Techniques for relieving STRESS”: more tan 300 million people changed their lives

Accredited by United Nations, The Art of Living Foundation is starting a campaign called “Stress-Free Curacao”. The vision is to help people of Curacao to eliminate diseases, stress and improve the quality of their lives .

The art of living“Stress in our community is increasingly caused by financial problems, relationship issues and work-related conflicts. This leads to an increase in negative emotions, which subsequently causes a deterioration of one’s health.  Not many people know that by changing the pattern of your breath you can heal your emotions and solve most of the above mentioned problems” explains Francisco Moreno Ocampo, Director of The Art of Living in Venezuela and member of the new Art of Living Board in Curaçao.

The Art of Living Foundation is an international organization run by volunteers that is imparting seminars in Curacao on how to manage negative emotions, heal the body and the mind through breathing techniques. The courses aim at reinstalling the Human Values in Society and creating a harmonious environment.

It is a non-profit, non-religious organization that is a member of the Economic and Social Council of United Nations. It is considered one of the biggest NGO in the world with centers in more than 150 countries and thousands of volunteers all around the globe.

As part of the “Stress-Free Curaçao Campaign”, The Foundation is offering the Art of Living course: Part 1 - Breathing Exercises that will start on Friday March 1st at the Hilton Curaçao Resort.

During this three-day course, which will be administered by internationally Certified Teacher Mr. Francisco Moreno Ocampo in English, you will learn the Sudarshan Kriya, a powerful breathing technique developed by The Art of Living founder, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, that eliminates stress, anxiety, insomnia, panic attacks, depression and gives focus and calmness to the mind.

The 3-day course (4 hours per day) in Curacao will start on Friday March 1st at 6:30PM.
