Coast Guard on the roll

WILLEMSTAD - Six suspected illegal involved in drug trafficking were caught this weekend near Aruba. The Caribbean Coast Guard knew intercepted during a patrol a vessel with six persons and found a little later five bales of drugs in the area.

The Coast Guard held in the night from Friday to Saturday a patrol west of Aruba when it stumbled on the vessel type Yola. There were six people on board, all with the Colombian nationality. The people have been arrested on suspicion of illegal immigration and were brought to Savaneta where the Aruban police will conduct the examination. The bales of drugs were seized.
