CourtWILLEMSTAD - The navy officer, who in 2012 mailed cocaine through a letter, was acquitted on appeal. P. E. (49) sent a letter containing 520 grams of cocaine at Naval Base Parera. The letter was addressed to a militiaman. E. was initially sentenced to a conditional prison sentence of six months.
