Police get new bulletproof vests
WILLEMSTAD - The Curaçao Police Corps gets new bulletproof vests. 200 have already been ordered and intended for agents who have none or whose vest has become too old.
A further 250 will be replaced next year. The police have been complaining for a while about a shortage of material, such as police uniforms and police cars. That problem will soon be resolved, according to the Minister of Justice Quincy Girigorie.
