Search Central Bank was lawful
WILLEMSTAD - The search at the Central Bank of Curaçao and Sint Maarten "was not illegal." This is according to a court ruling. A remarkable ruling because it is enshrined in law that there must be prior permission to do a search at the Central Bank.
However, that law is only valid in St. Maarten, said the judge. Who also says that Curaçao here has apparently made an administrative error.
