Spigt Dutch Caribbean remains

Karel FrielinkWILLEMSTAD – Spigt Dutch Caribbean (SDC) remains. This is according to Charles Frielink, managing partner of the law firm, following reports that Litigators in Amsterdam will no longer exists after January 1, 2014. He stresses that both offices are independent despite a shared past.

Frielink: "I have read this post too. Whether it's right I cannot confirm. Spigt Dutch Caribbean, based in Curacao, and Spigt Litigators have a shared history. At that time it was still called Spigthoff. However, both firms have been operating for several years completely autonomous and independent of each other. Said news has therefore not concern to our office. From our office in Curacao we continue as usual to grant services throughout the Dutch Caribbean.”

SDC has fifteen lawyers and tax advisors in service.
