RBC successfully upgrades POS Handling at Baskin Robbins

RBC has cultivated and cherished its long term relationship with Baskin Robbins for many years by listening to their needs and understanding their future plans, to offer the right solutions for their business which also included a more efficient payment processing system. To answer to their payment transaction processing requirements, we planned an upgrade of the Point Of Sale terminals at the Baskin Robbins retail shops as soon as our teams successfully concluded acceptance testing.

Genara Hanst-Villanueva expertly guided the client through the structured on-site demonstration that covered the basic functionalities, while also focusing on the efficiencies gained with the newer features now available.

The implementation team in Curaçao had a pleasant experience with the upgrade for Baskin Robbins. “It was really amazing to see how the client reacted when I explained the various changes and new features of the system, especially the RBC secured web mail which sends automated messages to merchants of the days’ transactions” says Genara.
