Volunteers Project OM at JJIC

OMGOGWILLEMSTAD – The Public Prosecutor (OM) Curaçao has participated in a volunteer project whereby the staff has renovated three pavilions of the juvenile institution Curacao (JJIC), formerly the boarding house CPC. The buildings received a new coat of paint and bookshelves filled with collected books and magazines were placed in each of the three pavilions.

During the day were all volunteers, employees and residents of the JJIC were offered soup and OMGOG 02 121214 (2)lunch. These were provided by the staff of the Public Prosecutor.

The project was made possible thanks to the efforts of the professional organization CuraDoet, a substantial donation of Kooyman BV and citizens, colleagues and agencies which have made available the books and magazines.
