Hilton Curaçao introduces guests and residents to traditional Peruvian gastronomy
WILLEMSTAD - Hilton Curacao announces plans to welcome guests and visitors with a traditional Peruvian Food Festival August 25 -28, 2016.
Executive sous chef and Peru native Gonzalo Pacheco will unveil secrets of Peruvian cuisine in an array of workshops and live cooking displays. Together with executive chef and Curacao-born Vanesse Tweeboom, both will invite guests to indulge in the signature cuisine of this South American culinary hotspot.
The schedule is complete with a variety of activities Aug. 25 to Aug. 28 including:
Authentic Ceviche Workshop with Chef Gonzalo
Thursday – Friday: 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Saturday: 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Three-course Peruvian Dinner and Wine Pairing: Thursday and Saturday evening
Five-course Live Cooking Peruvian Dinner and Wine Pairing, with typical Pisco welcome drink: Friday evening 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Peruvian Brunch: Sunday 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Peruvian BBQ Buffet Dinner with Live Music: Sunday evening
