Delivery school books in last phase

irene-dick-468x311WILLEMSTAD - The delivery of school books has entered the final stage. Education Minister Irene Dick visited the Goslinga School on Wednesday to see with her own eyes how the process is going.

According to interim director of the school Gianwar la Croes this is the first time that the provision of school books is done on time.

The books of the previous year have been returned and inspected. Subsequently, the same books sorted again and prepared for distribution for the next group of students. The books would have a life cycle of five years.

The school is also very pleased with the help of USFOL. They painted the school walls. They also refurbished two barracks, which can be used again. They were previously in very poor condition.
