WILLEMSTAD – Civil Servants employed at the Department of Social Affairs which is part of the Ministry of SOAW are still working from home today. Last Friday they were in court against their boss, Minister Hensley Koeiman.

They filed the case against their Minister because they refused to continue working in the Tauber Building any longer.

That workplace is unhealthy, they say, a real sick building syndrome. The judge wants to rule based on measurement data for carbon dioxide and fungi.

Tomorrow both parties will be discussing the results. If they do not figure it out, the judge will soon decide.
