WILLEMSTAD - On January 26th, 4 members of the Board of Trustees of Caribbean Medical University visited the new building, which is located at Isla Verde (Coney Island).
The board is made up of physicians and educators from top institutions in the US. Dr. Marcelo Da Silva is a thoracic surgeon at Brigham and Women Hospital and a professor at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Beatrice Kondo is the Assistant Program Director for the MS in Biotechnology at Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Daniel Scheider is board certified in otolaryngology (head and neck surgery) with a sub-certification in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Ayham Alagha graduated from CMU in 2015 and completed his residency in Internal medicine in Chicago and is now chief resident there. Dr. Alagha is board certified in Internal Medicine.
