WILLEMSTAD – The Permit Desk, together with the Civil Registry (Kranshi) of the Ministry of Governance, Planning and Public Services (BPD), is celebrating the first anniversary of the Community Service Desk located at Sambil.
On October 2, 2025, the service desk marked one year since opening its doors at Sambil, offering a selection of Kranshi and Permit Desk services under one roof. The initiative, launched on October 2, 2024, as a pilot project under the motto “Quality Service, in One Location,” has proven to be an indispensable addition to government services. Both clients and employees expressed satisfaction with the services and the welcoming environment.
The government announced that the desk will continue to operate and that the range of services will soon be expanded. “Together we are here to serve you! Accessible and efficient services for our clients,” the ministry stated, while thanking employees and the people of Curaçao for their acceptance, support, and trust.
The Community Service Desk is located at Sambil (Cas Abou entrance) and is open Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
