WILLEMSTAD - The Curaçao Wellness Association (CWA) is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of its first Annual General Meeting (AGM) and installment of the new Board, held on October 2, 2025. The meeting was well attended by CWA members and strategic partners, providing an excellent platform to present results, share ongoing projects, and outline future plans for strengthening Curaçao’s wellness sector.
The CWA Board extends its sincere thanks to all who attended and contributed to this important gathering. Special appreciation goes to Optima Arbodienst for generously hosting the event venue. CWA expresses its gratitude to all of our valued strategic alliances: Dolphin Suites & Wellness hotel, ADC, Unical, Onderlinge Hulp, for their commitment and contributions to our shared mission.
News from the Board
As part of its continued growth, CWA has also introduced a wellness events calendar on their website that will highlight all national and international wellness-related events. This new feature will support members in staying connected to global trends and opportunities. Looking ahead, the website will be further enhanced to showcase all active members and their entities, giving the Curaçao wellness community greater visibility and recognition.
New Board Members
We are also delighted to announce the newly installed CWA Board. The AGM also voted for the new chairwomen. Names of all CWA Board Members are Kristy Niessen, Nancy Norisca Pereira Rodrigues, Eileen Isebia, Maria-Helena Seferina-Rojas, Karin Visser, Kuawanna Thompson and Haydee Hermans. The elected new chair is Maria-Helena Seferina-Rojas. We wish them every success in their term and look forward to their leadership in advancing our collective goals.
