WILLEMSTAD - The man who was found dead yesterday at Baya Beach was severely mutilated. Strangers had cut off his intimate parts and put them in his hand.

The identity is not yet known, no one has reported someone missing. The crime suggests that the man has been punished for sexual abuse. Police investigation must prove that.
