WILLEMSTAD - The Driver’s License Department (Reibeweis) in Sta. Rosa, under the Ministry of Governance, Planning, and Public Service, informs all its clients that the office will be closed for part of the afternoon on the following dates: Monday 27 and Tuesday 28 October, as well as Monday 3, Tuesday 4, and Thursday 6 November 2025.

Due to internal exercises, the department will not be able to provide its regular services during these five afternoons. However, morning examinations between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. will continue as usual for both theory and practical tests.

Candidates who have a theory exam scheduled between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. on any of the above dates are requested to send an email to rijbewijzen.puz@gobiernu.cw or visit the Sta. Rosa office to arrange a new appointment.

The Driver’s License Department will also contact driving schools directly regarding candidates who have practical exams scheduled between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. on those same dates.
