Joint Court of Justice Launches New Website to Improve Public Accessibility

WILLEMSTAD - The Joint Court of Justice held the soft launch of its new website on Friday, October 24, marking an important step toward a more modern and accessible digital platform for the public.

According to the Court, this first preliminary version represents a key milestone in its efforts to improve transparency and service delivery across the Caribbean part of the Kingdom.

A fully multilingual version of the website—available in Papiamentu, Papiamento, and English—will be released soon. In the coming months, the site will remain under development, with several new features to be added.

These will include video content, more detailed information on various types of legal cases, and enhanced accessibility options for individuals with visual or hearing impairments.

“With the renewed website, the Court aims to further strengthen its service to the public and make the judiciary in the Caribbean part of the Kingdom more accessible,” the Joint Court stated.
