WILLEMSTAD - Curaçao’s own Kimberly de Boer was crowned Reina Hispanoamericana Curaçao 2026 on Saturday evening, earning the honor of representing the island at the international Reina Hispanoamericana pageant in Bolivia next year.
The event, organized by the OMQ Organization in collaboration with the Beauty Pageant Committee, brought together local talents who showcased not only their beauty, but also their cultural pride, intelligence, and personality.

In addition to Kimberly’s crowning, Angelo Gompers was appointed as the new National Director of Reina Hispanoamericana Curaçao. Gompers emphasized that the project goes beyond appearances, focusing on promoting Curaçao’s culture, values, and identity on an international stage.
“The pageant is about much more than beauty — it’s about empowering our representatives to share the essence of Curaçao with the world,” Gompers stated.
The organization highlighted that participation in major international beauty competitions provides a valuable opportunity to position Curaçao globally as a cultural and creative hub within the Caribbean.
In preparation for the international event in Bolivia, Kimberly will undergo intensive training and mentorship to refine her presentation, public speaking, and cultural ambassadorship skills — ensuring she represents Curaçao with confidence and pride on the global stage.
