WILLEMSTAD – The Licensing Office held the first meeting of a new focus group on school transportation last Friday, aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of its services, the government announced in a press release.
The initiative operates under the motto “Speak Out, Share and Cooperate” and is intended to create more effective services that respond better to the needs of customers.
During the session, feedback was gathered from a selected group of users who regularly rely on school transportation. According to the government, the Licensing Office expressed satisfaction with the valuable contributions provided by the participants.
The focus group is part of a broader effort to enhance public services by engaging directly with citizens and incorporating their experiences into policymaking and operations.
