Martina: Red tape is no obstacle to invest in Curaçao

WILLEMSTAD – Minister Steven Martina of Economic Development thinks that the Bon Biní for Business Summit can present the economic potential of Curaçao. In this way, he thinks that Dutch investors will choose to invest in Curaçao. He is one of the speakers during the summit.

Martina says that at least three companies will start to announce business from Curaçao. That is a sign for him that investors are indeed interested in the island. That the economy is not running too well does not, in his opinion, detract from this. According to him, the entrepreneur sees the opportunities.

Martina does not believe that the often mentioned 'red tape' is an obstacle for companies to invest in Curaçao. He believes this is an exaggeration. The Minister says that a number of companies will share their positive experiences during the summit.
