Prime Minister Meets with Curaçao Lottery Vendors Association

WILLEMSTAD – On September 16, 2025, Prime Minister Gilmar Pisas held a meeting with the Curaçao Lottery Vendors Association (Asosiashon di Riferonan di Kòrsou). Also present were the director of Number Games Curaçao, representatives of the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA), and officials from Minister Javier Silvania’s team.

The gathering followed a recent meeting between the Prime Minister and the CGA management, where discussions centered on supervision and the legal framework governing the lottery sector. Today’s session built on that dialogue and emphasized the government’s commitment to strengthening and modernizing oversight in Curaçao’s number games industry.

The Lottery Vendors Association expressed its readiness to continue working alongside the government to modernize and regulate the sector in ways that benefit the wider community.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Prime Minister Pisas informed the association that Minister Silvania will take the lead in implementing the action plan to achieve a modern, well-regulated lottery system for Curaçao.
