WILLEMSTAD - The government is taking a new direction in communication. During the weekly press conference of the Council of Ministers, there was suddenly Prime Minister Eugene Rhuggenaath who came to announce that the communication of the government should and will be improved.
The government has developed a new communication plan in which interaction, transparency, credibility and expectations are central.
Rhuggenaath is not known as a big fan of press conferences. Sporadically he appears there. That while other heads of government around the world generally speak to the press at least once a week.
