Profar and Albies Lead Braves to 5-4 Victory Over Guardians

WILLEMSTAD – Curaçaoan star Jurickson Profar and fellow Kingdom of the Netherlands international Ozzie Albies played decisive roles in the Atlanta Braves’ 5-4 win over the Cleveland Guardians. 

The Braves trailed 4-1 in the fourth inning but mounted a comeback thanks to key hits, including one from Albies, narrowing the gap to 4-3. In the sixth inning, Profar sealed the game with a two-run homer, securing the final score. 

Seventh Home Run of the Season 
For Profar, it marked his seventh home run of the season. The victory also extended Atlanta’s winning streak to five games and their ninth win in the last eleven matchups. 

With both Profar and Albies in top form, the Braves continue to strengthen their playoff push as the regular season enters its decisive stretch.
