WILLEMSTAD - Minister Charles Cooper and the Public Works Department (OW) have announced the start of road maintenance projects in several areas across the island, including Kaya Juan Domingo Phase 4, Hofi Cow, Seru Fortuna, and Quinta Villa. The works are expected to last between two and three weeks.

The maintenance involves repaving and repairing roads in poor condition. During the execution of the works, the affected streets will be temporarily closed. However, residents and business owners in these areas will still have access to their homes and establishments.

For other motorists who usually use these routes, alternative roads will be provided, with clear signage and barriers placed to guide traffic safely.

Minister Cooper and the Public Works Department urge all drivers to exercise caution when approaching or driving near the work zones to ensure the safety of both workers and road users.
