WILLEMSTAD – On Thursday, August 14, 2025, the State Secretary for Kingdom Relations and Digitalization, Mr. Eddy van Marum, paid a courtesy visit to the Governor of Curaçao, Her Excellency Lucille George-Wout. 

Also present at the meeting were Mr. Roald Lapperre, Director-General for Kingdom Relations; Mr. Gerbert Kunst, Representative of the Netherlands in Aruba, Curaçao, and Sint Maarten (VNACS); and Ms. Tjitske Groot, Political Adviser. 

During the visit, the Governor also bid farewell to Mr. Roald Lapperre, who will step down as Director-General for Kingdom Relations on September 1, 2025.
