Air Century inaugurates flights Santiago de los Caballeros-San Juan, Puerto Rico

The new route starts with three flights a week: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.

SANTIAGO - The Dominican airline Air Century started its operations from Santiago with direct flights to San Juan, Puerto Rico, thus benefiting its customers in the North of the Dominican Republic.

Arantxa Chahin, director of marketing of the airline, reported that on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays the flights will be departing from the International Airport of the Cibao at 2:45 in the afternoon and returning the same days at 12:30 in the afternoon from the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport.

"This is an important step that brings us closer to our customers in the north of the country. With the new route from Santiago de los Caballeros to San Juan Puerto Rico we have great expectations and we are confident that, in a short time, as has happened with other destinations in the Caribbean, we will increase the offer of flights. "Chahin expressed.

He added that, undoubtedly, this new route becomes the link that will unite the people of Santiago with their relatives or friends who are in the island of charm, as well as benefit those who make tourism or business in the neighboring island.
