WILLEMSTAD - The Curaçao Tourist Board is pleased to announce continued positive tourism performance, recording a solid 15% growth in stayover arrivals compared to October of the previous year. A total of 61,013 stayover visitors were welcomed in October 2025.

Performance by region was positive from North America, South America and Europe. North America recorded a 23% increase in arrivals, South America grew by 16%, and Europe increased by 12% compared to October 2024. In contrast, the Caribbean region recorded a decline of 5%. In absolute numbers, Europe remained the main source region with 26,576 stayover visitors, followed by North America with 17,554 and South America with 12,918 stayover visitors. According to Immigration Card data, visitors stayed an average of 8.0 nights during the month of October.

The Netherlands: Curaçao welcomed 22,128 visitors from the Netherlands in October 2025, reflecting a 10% increase compared to October 2024. The average length of stay of the Dutch visitor was approximately 10.9 nights.
United States of America: Out of the USA, a total of 15,315 arrivals was recorded in October 2025, a 22% increase compared to the same month last year. The average length of stay was approximately 5.6 nights.

Colombia: Visitor arrivals from Colombia totaled 4,497 in October 2025, recording a 15% increase compared to October 2024. Colombian visitors stayed an average of about 5.1 nights.
Year to date highlights: January to October 2025
Tourism performance for the period January through October 2025 reflects continued growth for Curaçao, with a total of 1,324,557 visitors recorded. This figure comprises 642,157 stayover arrivals, 37,027 day-trippers, and 645,373 cruise passengers, representing a 9% increase over the corresponding period in 2024.
Stayover arrivals grew by 13% year-to-date. The steady upward trend shows the continued appeal of Curaçao as a preferred Caribbean destination.
