Divi Divi Air Welcomes New Twin Otter Aircraft at Hato Airport

WILLEMSTAD – On Wednesday, June 11, regional airline Divi Divi Air welcomed a brand-new Twin Otter aircraft to its fleet during a celebratory ceremony at Hato International Airport in Curaçao. The event was attended by invited guests and local dignitaries. 

The new aircraft, featuring a distinctive flamingo design on its fuselage, marks an important expansion of Divi Divi Air’s growing fleet, reinforcing its commitment to reliable inter-island service. 

During the ceremony, which took place in the airline’s hangar, Prime Minister Gilmar Pisas spoke on behalf of the Curaçao government, emphasizing the crucial role Divi Divi Air plays in the local aviation sector. He also highlighted the airline’s contribution to the socioeconomic connectivity between Curaçao, Bonaire, and Aruba. 

The arrival of this new Twin Otter underscores Divi Divi Air’s continued investment in improving regional air travel and strengthening ties between the islands.
