Port of Curaçao Welcomes Virgin Voyages’ Brilliant Lady on Her Inaugural Visit

WILLEMSTAD - The Curaçao Ports Authority (CPA) today welcomed the maiden call of Virgin Voyages’ Brilliant Lady to the port of Curaçao — marking yet another milestone in the island’s growing cruise tourism sector.

A plaque exchange ceremony was held on board to commemorate the occasion, with representatives from the Curaçao Ports Authority (CPA), the Curaçao Tourist Board (CTB), Maduro Shipping (ship agent), and Customs in attendance to officially welcome the captain and crew.

The Brilliant Lady is the fourth and newest vessel in Virgin Voyages’ award-winning fleet, joining her sister ships — the Scarlet Lady, Valiant Lady, and Resilient Lady — the latter two of which have previously visited Curaçao in earlier cruise seasons.

What sets the Brilliant Lady apart is her enhanced design for longer and more diverse itineraries, featuring extended range and improved performance that allow her to explore new destinations — including the Southern Caribbean.

Staying true to Virgin Voyages’ signature blend of luxury, adults-only exclusivity, innovative design, and sustainability, the Brilliant Lady delivers a fresh and sophisticated cruising experience for travelers visiting Curaçao.

This inaugural visit underscores Curaçao’s continued appeal as a premier Caribbean cruise destination and highlights the island’s commitment to welcoming new and innovative cruise lines to its shores.
