CIBC Firstcaribbean pampers its customers on Customer Appreciation Day

First Caribbean BankWILLEMSTAD - Clients mean a lot to CIBC FirstCaribbean and customers and others who visited the branch last Friday June 13 were pampered as part of the bank’s celebrations for Customer Appreciation Day.

CIBC FirstCaribbean celebrated its Customer Appreciation Day across the region where the bank holds offices. CIBC, the parent company of CIBC FirstCaribbean, also celebrated Customers Appreciation Day at its branches worldwide on that day.

Managing Director CIBC FirstCaribbean in the Dutch Caribbean, Pim van der Burg said the bank placed “great emphasis on listening to and learning from our customers, by using the latest technology available but also through our face-to-face interaction with our customers”.

He added “the feedback we get from this interaction is elemental in our bank’s continuous effort to introduce new and innovative products tailored to the special needs of our customers.”

Van der Burg said Customer Appreciation Day was a special day when the bank took the opportunity to thank its loyal customers for making CIBC FirstCaribbean their preferred financial institution.
