ENNIA World Cup soccer balls for all schools on all islands

Persfoto 2WILLEMSTAD- Today, among a large group of pupils, ENNIA launched the “Un bala di ENNIA pa kada skol” campaign. Over the next two weeks, ENNIA will deliver soccer balls to all primary schools in Curacao, Aruba, Sint Maarten and Bonaire.

The official campaign “Un bala di ENNIA pa kada skol” kick-off was held this morning
at Kolegio Don Sarto in Soto, a school adopted by ENNIA. Pupils from the Kolegio Don Sarto welcomed ENNIA board members Ralph

Palm and Gilbert Martina, and CPost Management Mr. Franklin Sluis and Mr. Max van Aalst enthusiastically. Amidst much rejoicing and loud applause, Mr. Palm and Mr. Martina handed the first five soccer balls over to school principal Juan Schotborg. “We believe it is important for the youth on our island to not only learn in the classroom, but also through play. In addition, an active lifestyle not only contributes to good health but also to the development of a child’s character. Thanks in part to this campaign, school children can play soccer and enjoy the World Cup during their last few weeks of school,” according to Palm.

In collaboration with Right To The Door a service of CPost International, the remaining soccer balls will be distributed among the other primary schools on the island. The remaining islands will follow. With this campaign, ENNIA does not only contribute to schools but also would like to experience a joyful World Cup season.
