Our people abroad doing great work – Stephanie van Romondt setting the example

StephanieWILLEMSTAD – The Curaçao born Stephanie van Romondt is currently the President of the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) South Florida Collegiate Chapter, which includes about 15 schools in all of South Florida. Stephanie has also done her internship at the Sheraton in Macao, China SAR in the summer of 2013, where she spent 3 months abroad in China.

Stephanie van born and raised on here in Curaçao. She attended Dr. Albert Schweitzer School after which she attended the International School of Curaçao (ISC). Stephanie graduated from ISC with her International Baccalaureate Diploma and moved to Miami to Study Hospitality and Tourism Management at FIU’s Chaplin School of Hospitality Tourism Management.

Stephanie loves cooking, baking, traveling and understanding new cultures and ideas. She has her mind set on exploring the world and absorbing as much of it as possible. Stephanie indulges in hard work and is highly dedicated to her work. She is currently working at ParadiseWorld Events, LLC, which hosts its annual festival here in Curaçao every December. Stephanie enjoys music, the beach and has a passionate love for Curaçao. She will always represent her island to the best of her abilities.
