Santa Barbara Beach & Golf Resort and CurAloe Partner to offer guests local and natural bath products

Benchmark HospitalityWILLEMSTAD - Santa Barbara Beach & Golf Resort and CurAloe, a natural Curacao-based skincare product line, have come together to bring guests high-quality, local and eco-friendly bath products in all the luxury resort’s rooms.

Through the partnership, the resort will exclusively offer its guests CurAloe shower products, which contain a high concentration of pure, locally produced aloe vera, throughout its 350 guest rooms. A shampoo, hair conditioner and shower gel were developed exclusively by the brand for the resort’s distribution.

The use of CurAloe products is just one of the green initiatives that the resort is enacting to remain environmentally conscious. The property uses in-shower amenity dispensers rather than mini bottles to distribute the CurAloe bath products in an effort to reduce plastic waste.

“Aloe Vera is a highly sustainable plant and we are happy to offer this local product to our guests as part of our resort’s environmental efforts and to also support the local economy here in Curacao,” says John MacMullen, Director of Sales and Marketing for Santa Barbara Beach & Golf Resort.

The CurAloe brand is headquartered in Curacao and produces over 15 different products from its 25-acre aloe vera plantation. In order to preserve the benefits of its plants, the brand does not incorporate the use of pesticides, herbicides or germicides in their crops.
