Severely polluted animals at Jan Kok dead, less polluted still alive

WILLEMSTAD - Most of the animals which were severely polluted after the oil spill on Jan Kok are still dead.

Veterinarian Odette Doest announced that the flamingos have survived so far. Also the iguanas and crabs are doing fairly well. According to the vet it is because of the good cooperation between all the volunteers who’ve helped since the beginning of the disaster.
